One of the bedrooms in the upstairs apartment has a double bed, the other one has 2 single beds.
In the living-room there is a double convertible sofa for another 2 persons. In total, the upstairs apartment can accommodate up to 6 persons.
A large balcony with garden furniture opens towards East in front of the living-room. From here, one enjoys panoramic views of the bay, the Kouloukonas mountains, and the summits of the Ida Massif.

The bedroom in the downstairs apartment has a double bed. A double convertible sofa for another 2 persons is in the living-room. So this apartment provides room for up to 4 persons.
In front of the living-room there is the terrace which provides beautiful views of the sea and the mountains as well. Furthermore, this living-room has an open fireplace.
In each living-room there is a satellite TV set with DVD and CD players.

Both apartments have central heating, and each of them has a safe deposit box, a First Aid kit, iron and board.
Baby cots will be provided on request, baby sitting on request against a fee. Air conditioning is also available against a fee.
Each apartment includes a large bathroom with a bath-tub, a separate shower and a hairdryer.

Weekly rooms cleaning and change of sheets and towels. All cleaning tools and agents are available for your own use, and there are also spare sheets and towels.
Additional cleaning on request against a fee.
Bigger groups of up to 10 persons can also hire the house as a  holiday villa, and on demand another 6 beds are available in the sibbling Villa Francesca.
